I'm not a fan of spicy food, so I omitted the chili peppers. The oysters were still flavorful.

I'm allergic to cilantro, so I used parsley instead. It was still delicious.

I like to add a little bit of lime juice to the sauce for extra flavor.

This recipe was a little too complicated for me. I ended up overcooking the oysters.

The oysters were a bit gritty, but the sauce was good. I would recommend cleaning the oysters more thoroughly before cooking.

These oysters were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I'll probably make them again with less chili next time.
