This is the stuffing I grew up eating every Thanksgiving. Uncle Wayne still prefers having this stuffing every year. I would sometimes make it this way, but more often now I make my own Sausage Stuffing. But this is very good!

Steps:
- 1. Remove meats from packet inside the turkey. Cut up into small pieces.
- 2. In a frying pan, saute peppers, onions, celery, giblets, gizzard, heart & liver in olive oil.
- 3. In a large pot, combine bread cubes, salt & pepper, seasoning, pepper/onion mixture, and eggs. Add enough warm water to just moisten.
- 4. Mix well with your hands. Stuff turkey, both in the cavity and under the skin.
