MOM'S BRISKET
Steps:
- Place brisket fat side down on a large, doubled piece of heavy foil. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Wrap cover tightly. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Cook at 325 all day - cook in the foil package.
