Mushroom and Ricotta Pizza image

This is based on a recipe I found in Fitness Magazine, June 2011. I made it tonight with a few modifications (detailed in recipe) and it was very tasty! We will be making this again. Didn't even miss the meat!

I had a hard time finding ricotta cheese, so I used cottage cheese instead. It worked out fine.

The pizza was a little too oily for my taste.

I added some chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the pizza, and they added a nice tangy flavor.

I substituted goat cheese for the ricotta, and it was still delicious.
