MUSHROOM CRESCENT SNACKS image

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups diced mushrooms (about 1 lb of fresh mushrooms)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. Can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner rolls
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (fresh)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sauté mushrooms and butter. Stir in garlic powder, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce; cook until liquid evaporates. Set aside. Unroll dinner roll dough onto sheet pan, but do not separate triangles. Press/roll dough into 13X9 inch rectangle, firmly press perforations to seal. Spread cream cheese over dough. Top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake @375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into shapes and serve.
