This omelet was a huge disappointment. The eggs were overcooked and the cheese was burnt. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I'll definitely be trying a different recipe next time.

Overall, I thought this omelet was pretty good. It was a bit bland, but I think that's because I didn't add any salt or pepper. I'll definitely try it again with some seasonings.

This omelet was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I'll try using less butter next time.

I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but I actually really enjoyed this omelet. The cheese and eggs helped to balance out the flavor of the mushrooms.

Not bad, but not great either. I found the omelet to be a bit bland and dry. I think I'll try adding some more cheese next time.
