Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400ĚŠ F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange fillets on foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl combine the mustard, the honey, the olive oil, the dill, the parsley and the paprika. Stir to blend. Spread an equal amount of mustard mixture on top of each fillet. Top each mustard coated fillet with bread crumbs. Bake until the fish fillets flake when poked with a fork, about 12 - 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4
