My Beef Stroganoff image

This was the first, and only Beef Stroganoff I have ever made. But it is the only one I have found like it. A lovely reddish color appears from the paprika. I have never had any other with the paprika and it really makes a difference in the flavor.

I like to add a bit of chopped fresh parsley to the sauce at the end. It gives it a nice pop of color and flavor.

I'm not a fan of heavy cream, so I used milk instead. It made the sauce a bit thinner, but it was still very good.

I'm not a fan of mushrooms, so I omitted them from this recipe. It was still very good, but I think it would have been even better with mushrooms.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra garlic and onion to the sauce, and it was much better. I also served it over rice instead of egg noodles.
