Steps:
- 1. 1. Make white sauce with the butter, milk, flour and salt. Add, 1/2 cup cheese and stir until melted. Remove casings from sausage, cut into pieces, brown in skillet.
- 2. 2. Add zuchinni, and onion. cook until tender, drain. Stir in white sauce, noodles and tomato. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. top with remaining cheese.
- 3. 3. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. pass a tossed green salad and garlic bread for a yummy quick dinner, great leftover also. I usually have to double this recipe, the flavors are wonderful together, enjoy. xoxo. freezer friendly..
