I'm a big fan of Irish food and this soup did not disappoint! It was hearty, flavorful, and very filling. I especially liked the addition of the barley, it gave the soup a nice chewy texture. I would definitely recommend this recipe.

I made this soup for a party last weekend and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it. I especially liked the way the vegetables held their shape and didn't get mushy. I will definitely be making this soup again.

This soup was a bit too thick for my taste, but the flavor was still good. I think I would add more liquid next time. Overall, it's a good recipe and I would recommend it to others.
