Steps:
- 1. Heat until ready to boil: sugar and karo syrup, take off burner. Add: peanut butter and mix until smooth. Pour over rice krispies in a large bowl and mix. Press into 9x13 buttered pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, frost bars.
