This sandwich is a great way to use up leftover pastrami. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat apples.

I'm not sure why this sandwich is called open-faced. It's just a regular sandwich with the top slice of bread missing.

I've never had an open-faced sandwich before, but this one was a great introduction. The bread was crispy and the toppings were flavorful.

I'm not a big fan of pastrami, but I really enjoyed this sandwich. The apple butter balanced out the saltiness of the pastrami perfectly.

This was my first time trying apple butter on a sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a great way to add some sweetness and tang to the pastrami.

I've made this sandwich a few times now and it's always a hit! The apple butter adds a touch of sweetness that really elevates the pastrami.

This sandwich was a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors. The apple butter and pastrami complemented each other perfectly, and the bread was perfectly toasted.
