Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside.
- 2. To assemble the sandwich, generously spread Apple Butter and mustard on each roll. Top with pastrami and cheese.
- 3. Place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chives.
