3 large grapefruits
1 orange
1 lime
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
5 cups sugar
3 ounces liquid fruit pectin, such as Certo

This marmalade is a great way to use up extra citrus fruits. I had a bunch of oranges and grapefruits that were about to go bad, so I decided to make a batch of marmalade. It turned out so well that I've already made two more batches!
