Steps:
- Crush the Oreos into crumbs and small pieces.
- Using an electric mixer, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Whip in butter until fluffy.
- Mix in powdered sugar.
- Fold in Cool Whip until completely incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, pudding, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir the two mixtures together.
- Add 3/4 of the Oreos and stir until they are completely distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into whatever bowl you will be serving the dessert in and then top with the remaining Oreos.
- Chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
