Steps:
- 1. take the white chocolate and heat to melt either in a double boiler or in the mic. dip the pretzel in the chocolate to coat and set on the crystals, feet and nose. set aside.
- 2. on each oreo attach a little white icing and set the chocolate chip in the center. attach eyes with some icing and allow to harden.
