- 1. Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 1/4-inch strips.2. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray heat over medium-high heat. Add beef to skillet sprinkle with pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.3. Stir in broccoli, tomatoes and broth reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.4. Mix cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
