20 garlic cloves
1 cup olive oil (not Extra Virgin)
1 tablespoon salt
2 -3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 dash cayenne

Steps:

  • Chop garlic in the food processor add salt lemon juice and cayenne and mix.
  • Then emulsify the oil into garlic to desired consistency.
