Steps:
- 1. Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage.
- 2. Add butter, remove from fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract.
- 3. Beat until creamy.
- 4. Pour into lightly buttered 9x13 pan, and let cool before cutting.
- 5. Cut with knife dipped in hot water.
