This dish is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I usually make a big batch of chicken on the weekend, and then I use it to make this dish during the week. It's quick and easy, and it's always a hit with my family.

I love this recipe! The chicken is always tender and juicy, and the sauce is to die for. I usually serve it over rice, but it would also be great with noodles or mashed potatoes.
