PINK TARRAGON CREAM DRESSING

Pink Tarragon Cream Dressing image

This is a pretty, pink colored creamy dressing. It is very rich and quite tasty. The recipe does not call for any salt or pepper - you may add a bit if you wish, but I didn't think it really needed it. I have tried this with dried tarragon and it was lovely - but if you have fresh, I think it is even better. Adapted from "Best of the Best of Georgia." Supposedly from a restaurant called The Olde Pink House. If 3 cups is too much for you, the recipe can be successfully halved. I made only a 1 cup batch and that amount was plenty for about 6-8 guests to have on their dinner salads. This will have you wanting to lick the plate clean.

This is the worst dressing I've ever tasted. It's sour, bitter, and just plain gross. I threw it away after one bite.

I don't recommend this dressing. It's bland and boring. Save your time and money and make a different dressing instead.

This dressing is really easy to make, but it's not worth the effort. The flavor is just okay.

This dressing is a bit too thick for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if it had a little more liquid.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dressing didn't turn out pink. It's more of a beige color.

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it if it had a little less vinegar.

I'm not a huge fan of tarragon, but I really enjoyed this dressing. The flavor is subtle and not overpowering. I would definitely make this again.

This is my new favorite salad dressing! It's so light and refreshing, and the tarragon flavor is amazing. I've also used it as a marinade for chicken, and it was equally delicious.
