Yield Makes 6 to 8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pound ziti, rigatoni, or shells
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups Bolognese meat sauce, marinara tomato sauce, or store-bought pasta sauce
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 pound mozzarella, coarsely shredded or thinly sliced
Grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese, for serving

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain thoroughly.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spread the oil around the bottom and sides of a 3-quart baking dish.
  • 3. In a large bowl (or the pot you cooked the pasta in), mix together the pasta and sauce. Gently fold in the ricotta cheese. (You just want it to be partially and unevenly blended in.)
  • 4. Put the pasta mixture into the baking dish. Cover with mozzarella and bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is all melty and spotty brown. Serve with grated cheese.

I would make this again, but I would make some changes to the recipe.

Overall, I thought this dish was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I think it could be improved with a few tweaks. I would add some more spices to the pizza sauce and use a different type of cheese.

I followed the recipe exactly and my pizza noodles turned out mushy. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This dish was a little too cheesy for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. Other than that, it was really good.

I added some chopped pepperoni to my pizza noodles and it was amazing. I highly recommend trying it.

I made this for my family and they all loved it. Even my picky eater ate two helpings!

This dish was easy to make and turned out great. I used a store-bought pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, and it was still delicious.

I'm not usually a big fan of noodle dishes, but this one was really good. The pizza sauce was flavorful and the cheese was perfectly melted. I'll definitely be making this again.

This pizza noodle dish was a hit! The flavors of the pizza sauce, cheese, and noodles all came together perfectly. I especially loved the crispy edges of the noodles.
