Pomegranate Smoothie image

Antioxidant-rich berries, fruit juice, and protein-packed tofu and pomegranate make a nourishing breakfast.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/3 cup silken tofu (about 3 ounces)
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1 to 2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine tofu, berries, juice, honey, and ice cubes; puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
