PORK STEAK CASSEROLE
I recieved this reipe from my daughter several years ago and have made it often. It makes a good "gravy" to serve over rice or noodles. It is sooo tender. It can be cooked in the oven or is a good crockpot recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Place oil in skillet and heat. Brown pork steak. Mix tomato sauce, onion, mushrooms, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, salt and pepper in small bowl. Transfer pork steak to baking dish with a lid. (I use a 3" deep cast iron pot with a lid.) Pour tomato sauce mixture over. During baking, if mixture becomes too thick, add some more water, about 1/2 cup or so. Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
