Steps:
- 1. Add oil to a large skillet over med high heat, add garlic cumin and cook unitl golden brown ( a little crispy).
- 2. Add enchilada sauce , salt and peper. Them simmer on low for 5 minutes or until favors blend.
- 3. Put corn tortillas in a stremer to soften. Garnish with carrots green onion raddishes. Add sour cream salsa or gaucomole if you desire. Now Enjoy.
