Port Soused Fruit with Yogurt image

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 cup (packed) each - dried apricots and pitted prunes
1/4 cup Port or Madeira
2 whole cloves
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt

Steps:

  • Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves. Slowy bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature. remove cloves. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
