Potluck Portion -- Cottage Cheese Summer Breeze Salad image

Everyone Always asks for the recipe, so I thought I would share it here as well. Simple and Scrumptious ! The following recipe is enough for a party, but you can always scale it down for your family.

I'm not a big fan of cottage cheese, but I loved this salad. The cottage cheese was very mild and it blended in well with the other ingredients. I would definitely make this salad again.
