Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Lay thinly sliced prosciutto in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until crisp, 13 to 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Store in an airtight container, between layered sheets of parchment, up to 2 days.
