Pudding with Cornflakes image

Brown sugar and molasses flavor this baked pudding flecked with cornflakes.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 ½ cups whole milk
4 ½ cups cornflakes cereal
⅔ cup brown sugar
½ cup dark molasses
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine milk, cereal, brown sugar, molasses and eggs. Mix until eggs are well incorporated. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dot with butter.
  • Bake in preheated oven 40 minutes, until set.
