This soup is a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved it!

This soup is so creamy and flavorful! I love the addition of the almonds, which give it a nice nutty flavor. I also added a bit of cayenne pepper for a little spice. Definitely a keeper!

Not a fan. The soup was too sweet for my taste and the texture was a bit grainy. I think I'll stick to my usual pumpkin soup recipe.

Loved the simplicity of this recipe. The pumpkin and almond flavors really shine through. I served it with a side of crusty bread and it was the perfect meal for a chilly autumn evening.

Easy to make and packed with flavor. I used almond milk instead of regular milk and it turned out great! Will definitely be a regular in my fall recipe rotation.
