Not bad, but not great. The flavor was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding some lemon zest next time.

This recipe is a keeper! It's so simple to make, and the results are always impressive. I've made it for potlucks and dinner parties, and it's always a crowd-pleaser.

Easy to make and delicious! I used fresh apricots from my tree, and the flavor was amazing. I will definitely be making this again.

This was my first time making apricot fool, and it turned out wonderfully! The texture was smooth and creamy, and the apricot flavor was perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. I served it with fresh berries, and it was a hit with my family.
