I'm not a big fan of barley, but this pilaf was actually really good! The barley was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were flavorful. I would definitely make this again.

I love this barley pilaf! It's so easy to make and it's always a hit with my family. I usually add some extra vegetables, like zucchini or bell pepper, to make it even more colorful and nutritious.

This barley pilaf was a disappointment. The barley was undercooked and the vegetables were mushy. I would not recommend this recipe.

Not bad! I thought the barley pilaf was a bit bland, but it was still a good meal. I would probably add more spices next time. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, though.
