Steps:
- In medium-size saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in sausage, rice and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes or until rice is almost tender. Stir in shrimp and salsa. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 5 more minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through.
