RANCH CHICKEN CHEESE BALL WITH PECANS
I love this spread on Ritz, butter crackers, Triscuits or "Chicken-in-a-Biskit" crackers! A lot of stores sell this pre-made, but here's how to make it homemade. SO easy! ;) (photo from bing images)

Steps:
- 1. Combine chicken, salad dressing mix, dried onion and cream cheese in a mixing bowl, beat at medium speed with an electric mixer just until blended. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans and chopped parsley. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers.
