- Mix milk kefir, water kefir, oats, walnuts, dried fruit, muesli, wheat germ, flaxseed meal, and coconut milk together in the bowl of a rice cooker. Let stand, at least 4 hours.
- Cook on the "Porridge" setting according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20 minutes.
