Rice Krispies Macaroons image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coconut
2 cups Rice Krispies®
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • 1. In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually while beating. Fold in vanilla, coconut, KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal and walnuts. Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet coated with cooking spray or parchment paper lined.2. Bake at 400°F until macaroons are a delicate brown.
