Steps:
- 1. Beat all ingredients,except chips, in large bowl with mixer on low just to moisten, Then beat on medium for 2 minutes.
- 2. Stir in chips. Pour into greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
- 3. Bake in 350* oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then invert cake onto wire rack to cool completely.
- 4. I have topped this with many different glazes...the easiest is a prepared tub icing heated and drizzled over the cake or just sprinkle with confectioners sugar....BUT my favorite is a Vanilla butter glaze which I will post also.
