This risotto was a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt or omitting it altogether.

I'm not a big fan of gorgonzola, but I really enjoyed this risotto. The flavors were well-balanced and the walnuts added a nice crunch.

This risotto was a disaster! The rice was overcooked and the gorgonzola was clumpy. I would not recommend this recipe.

The risotto was good, but I think it could have used a bit more flavor. I would recommend adding some additional herbs or spices to the dish.

This risotto was a bit too rich for my taste. The gorgonzola was overpowering and the walnuts were a bit too crunchy. I would recommend using less gorgonzola and toasting the walnuts for a shorter amount of time.
