Steps:
- In a shallow dish or zip-lock bag able to hold the salmon, combine the juices, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon and turn to coat with the marinade. Let marinade 30 min turning once. Preheat oven to 425F. Grease a baking dish with a little of the melted butter. In a small dish combine orange zest, brown sugar, chili powder, and minced garlic to make rub. Apply rub to the marinated salmon. Place in the baking dish and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake approx 8-12 minutes depending on thickness of fillet cuts.
