SALMON WITH MANGO, BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALSA image

1/2 c corn
1/2 c diced mango
1/2 c canned black beans
1/4 c diced sweet onions
1/4 c diced sweet peppers
1/4 c chopped cilantro
1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
1 tsp liquid honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 hot pepper sauce
4 skin on salmon fillets

Steps:

  • 1. Cook corn in skillet - pour in rest of salsa ingred 2. Cook fish - serve salsa on top
