Salsa Bread image

This is from a company-wide cookbook from a place I used to work. There is a note that it is great toasted. This can be made in a bread machine, or the "old fashioned" way. The cook time listed isn't accurate, should depend on your bread machine.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 cup chunky salsa
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 dash hot pepper sauce
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 teaspoons dry yeast

Steps:

  • Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturers directions. Select the basic white cycle and desired color setting.
