1 1/2 lengths of Polish Kielbasa, sliced
6 Lg. cooked mashed potatoes
32 oz. jar sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese, grated
Parsley

Steps:

  • Layer the sliced sausage in the bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Then layer the sauerkraut, potatoes, cheese and parsley. Bake in 350 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
