- 1. Cook together the sausage, onion, celery, and green pepper. Drain and turn into 13x9 pan. Cover with rice and sprinkle soup on top. May be refrigerated until ready to bake. When ready to bake, Add the boiling water and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
