I found this on the Fins Restaurant website while looking for a trumpeter recipe. I used baby spinach, as I already had a bag in my fridge. Serve with Wasabi Mash and Trumpeter With White Wine.

50 ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves
500 g spinach
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Sauté spinach in olive oil and garlic for one minute or until wilted.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
