1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt, to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon paprika, to taste

Steps:

  • Beat eggs and add sugar and flour and blend.
  • Add Corn and Milk and mix.
  • Melt butter in the 13x9 pan in the oven.
  • Pour the mixture in the pan (don't mix) and sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
