Steps:
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- All the rest of ingredients, except for margarine and cracker crumbs.
- Put in greased 13 x 9 pan(I think).
- Melt margarine and add cracker crumbs.
- Put on top of casserole.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
