Sea Room Spread image

This recipe came from a locally owned restaurant in Melbourne, Florida called the Sea Room. The restaurant is no longer there, but some recipes are still around. This was a little snack that was brought to your table as you waited for your meal. This has always been a family favorite during the holidays.

I couldn't find any lump crab meat, so I used flaked crab meat instead. It turned out great!

The spread was a little bland for me. I think I'll add some chopped green onions and celery next time.

This spread is a bit too spicy for my taste. I'll have to adjust the amount of cayenne pepper next time.
