Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
1 (8-ounce) can crabmeat, flaked
1 (8-ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained and chopped
1/4 onion, very finely chopped
1 stalk celery, very finely chopped
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
several dashes Tabasco

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and boiled eggs in mixer bowl. Beat until fairly smooth. Add crabmeat, shrimp, onion, celery, Creole seasoning, and Tabasco; mix well. Serve with crackers; this can also be used as a dip or to make good sandwiches.
