No secret about it... These bad boys are delicious! The only reason I call it "secret" is because my husband HATES anything mustard, so I had to keep that from him. But when he found out my secret ingredient, he was surprised at it. Still no luck getting him to eat anything else with real mustard, though....

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly spray your skillet with cooking spray, and add the onions. Cook until translucent, about 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic and the ground meat. Cook until completely brown. DO NOT DISCARD JUICES.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients, minus the salt and pepper, and let simmer for approximately 20-25minutes, stirring occasionally. Right before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Any sloppy joe must have your favorite toppings! Add mustard, sweet pickles, cheese, etc, to your sandwich and customize as you and your family like!

[email protected]I thought these Sloppy Joes were just okay. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste and the ground beef was a little dry. I would probably make some changes to the recipe if I made them again.

[email protected]I'm not a huge fan of Sloppy Joes, but I have to admit that these were pretty good. The sauce was well-balanced and not too sweet. The ground beef was also very tender. I would definitely make these again.
