1/2 cup sesame seed, toasted (2 1/2 oz.)
1 cup pastry flour (5 oz.)
1 cup whole wheat flour (5 1/4 oz.)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sesame oil

I'm not a huge fan of sesame seeds, but I actually really enjoyed these sesame thins. They're not too overpowering, and the sweetness of the honey balances out the flavor of the sesame seeds.
