Overall, I thought this salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I'm not a huge fan of parsnips, but this salad changed my mind. The dressing is so good that it even makes parsnips taste delicious.

This shaved parsnip salad was a delightful surprise! The parsnips were sweet and nutty, and the dressing was perfectly balanced. I added a bit of crumbled bacon for extra flavor, and it was a hit with my family.
